Welcome to our website!

We're an amateur orchestra, with adult members of all ages, based in Newport, South Wales, and we enjoy playing on Monday evenings from 7.30pm to 9.30pm in a friendly atmosphere in the recently refurbished St Paul's Church on Commercial Street. 

The Orchestra has been providing Newport and the surrounding areas with concerts over the past 100 years, and we perform a public concert at least once a year (please see the Concert Dates page for details of our next concert).

If you would like to be part of the Orchestra, we currently have vacancies for the following instruments: Violin, Viola, Cello, Double Bass, Trumpet, Trombone, French Horn, and Percussion.
